Curb space in front of the main terminal is limited.  Any vehicles not picking-up or dropping-off passengers are not permitted to loiter or idle.

Enforcement of this policy is very strict. Standing vehicles will be ticketed, and unattended vehicles will be promptly towed away.

For these reasons, a free cell phone waiting area has been provided for drivers that are waiting for arriving passengers.
